           Canvas (mounted on fabric), Canson (mounted on fabric and Canson paper), Japan (mounted on Japan paper), and

           card (mounted on card).

-          All our dimensions are in cm (centimetres) for the page in French, and inches for the page in English.

CODES for the STAMPS:

-          Our stamps are guaranteed authentic, without defect or tampering and conform to C.N.E.P. quality rules. Prices given are valid,

           errors and omissions excepted.

-          We use the Yvert & Tellier issue numbering system.

-          All issue types, new or franked, un-perforated, F.D.C. envelope and postal stationery that do not appear in this catalogue are

           available upon request.

-          IMPORTANT: CONCERNING MONACO STAMPS: for postage stamps Nos. 1 to 72, as well as tax/duty stamps Nos. 1 to 28,

           for a well-centred quality, please add 20% minimum to the price indicated and add the reference W.C. quality (Well Centred) on your

           order form.

ORDERS:

-          Confirmation of orders and electronic signature (law of 13 March 2000 concerning electronic signatures).

-          All order forms signed by the consumer with a double-click constitute an irrevocable acceptance which can only be called into

           question within the limitations provided for in the present general conditions of sale, as for the "right of withdrawal" and "out of stock".

-          The "double-click" associated with the authentication and non- repudiation procedure as well as the protection of the integrity of

           messages constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has the same value between the parties as a hand-written

           signature.

-          Only orders placed on our site are valid.

MODE of PAYMENT:

-          The sale is considered to have been made in situ.

-          For FRANCE we accept the following: cheques, bank transfer, mandat postal [postal order] ; Visa and American Express.

-          For the REST OF THE WORLD: bank transfer with IBAN, Western Union, Visa and American Express.

MODE of DELIVERY:

-          The product ordered is delivered by post or by an independent carrier, depending on the nature of the product ordered and at

           the exclusive decision of the vendor, to the address that appears on the order form.

-          Products purchased at www.monacotimbres.com are delivered world-wide. Products are delivered to the delivery address you

           have indicated during the process of placing your order.

-          In general terms, the choice of mode of delivery depends on the weight and value of the articles, and so delivery is implemented:

• by registered mail for France or international
• by declared value for France or international (subject to the conditions for each country)
• by Colissimo France or international (subject to the conditions for each country)
• by carrier at the expense of the purchaser

DISPATCH:

-          Dispatch shall take place following full encashment of payment.

-          Carriage and insurance costs are borne by the purchaser.

-          Packaging costs are borne by us.

-          We will use the mode of dispatch of your choice: Postal service, Fed Ex, UPS, etc.…

-          All our consignments are insured (other than plain letters), you must open your registered letter or package in the presence of the

           postman as the consignment is insured.

-          We cannot be held responsible for any lack of professional care on the part of certain postmen.

RETURNS:

-           Returns Accepted !

-           Once the item has been received, the buyer has the right to return the purchase in its original state within a period of 14 days.

-           The costs of return will be borne by the buyer.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES:

-          The delivery time may be range from 2 to 10 working days as from confirmation of payment for your order.

-          This is an average time depending in destination, mode of dispatch and the total for your list of purchases.

GUARANTEES:

-          If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 5 days of receiving it, with the reason substantiating your

           decision to return it, under the same packaging and dispatching conditions used when you received it. We undertake to provide you

           with a refund once we have checked it upon its return.

-          The user has the benefit of a guarantee enabling them to return the items delivered that are defective or that do not provide entire

           satisfaction, within 48 hours.

-          In order to return an item for reimbursement or exchange, you must make an application to us in order to do so. This application can

           be by email, or by telephone subject to agreement.

-          The present right to a return cannot be accepted other than for complete products in their original condition (packaging,

           accessories, etc…) together with a copy of the purchase invoice.

-          Items returned that are incomplete, spoiled or damaged by the client will not be accepted.

-          The client shall be re-credited to their PayPal account (secure transaction) in the case of payment by bank card via PayPal, by

 LAW:

-          The present conditions are subject to the laws of Monaco.

-          In the case of a dispute, and if an amicable agreement cannot be reached between the parties, the court of MONACO shall

           have sole jurisdiction.

-          In the event of a dispute, the French language version of these present conditions shall prevail.
